Part One
Who am I?
Why am I here? Where am I going? Fair questions we will all ask in our
lifetime. For Christ-followers, our journey toward objective reality and
wholeness (Truth) must begin and end at the foot of His cross.

Two Summer 2000
March
23rd marked the successful completion of our initial
CROSSCURRENT group, while on May 16th we concluded our second
Living Waters program. After meeting together weekly for
eight and thirty weeks respectively, twenty men and women had a

Part Three
In previous issues I reported on various ministry
aspects related to Greater Hope. In this issue, I will
begin to specifically address the multi-faceted and ever controversial
subject of homosexuality. Initially, I will primarily focus on

particularly due to the numerous issues we will address during
our nearly twenty-five weeks together. The bitter can range from
coming face to face with devastating memories, suppressed
emotions, selfish attitudes and idolatry in many forms.

counseling field, I would like to think that mercy is at the top of my
motivational gifts list. However, God is showing me this is not the
case. (read all of Part

There
is a portion of Scripture that describes well Greater
Hope’s purpose as an extension of Christ’s Body. It is
found in Isaiah 61:1-3. .....This
scripture is truly evident in the lives being touched and
changed through our counseling services and ministry groups! (read all of Part
